Welcome to MentorJuris. These Terms of Service govern your engagement with our platform for legal guidance and mentoring services for entrepreneurs.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of MentorJuris, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our offerings.

2. Services Offered

MentorJuris provides personalized legal support, mentoring sessions, document review, online workshops, and related advisory services for business founders and small enterprises.

3. Digital Products

We offer electronic publications, video tutorials, templates, and other downloadable materials ("Digital Products"). Digital Products are accessible immediately upon confirmation of your payment.

4. Physical Goods

MentorJuris may supply printed manuals, books, or promotional materials ("Physical Goods"). Delivery is subject to the shipping method selected during checkout.

5. Fees and Payment

All fees are due in advance. We accept the methods displayed at checkout. Failure to pay will result in suspension of deliverables.

6. Scheduling and Rescheduling

Appointments for mentoring sessions must be scheduled via the contact form. You may reschedule up to 48 hours before the session without penalty. Requests made less than 48 hours in advance may incur a rescheduling fee or be subject to availability.

7. User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate information and to comply with all applicable laws. You shall not misuse our materials or share confidential guidance without permission.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided by MentorJuris is protected by copyright and remains our property. You may not reproduce or distribute any portion without written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

MentorJuris shall not be liable for indirect or special damages arising from use of our services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

10. Refund Policy

10.1 Services

If you are dissatisfied with a live mentoring session or advisory engagement, you may request a refund within 7 days after delivery. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. Alternatively, you may choose to reschedule the session at no extra fee.

10.2 Digital Products

Due to the immediate nature of access to Digital Products, we only offer refunds if a technical defect prevents access and we are unable to resolve it within 3 business days. Requests must be submitted in writing to MentorJuris. Valid requests will be refunded in full.

10.3 Physical Goods

You may return unopened Physical Goods within 14 days of receipt. You must notify us in advance of your intent to return. The customer is responsible for shipping costs. Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the goods, within 14 business days.

10.4 No-Refund Services

Certain premium trainings, such as multi-session boot camps or exclusive workshops, are nonrefundable once commenced. We justify this by reserving exclusive slots and preparing dedicated materials. Details of such services will be indicated prior to purchase.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Zurich.
